There is no boredom on Probik
“Proboštská jezera, Proboštská jezera, Proboštská jezera”…. You’ve just given your hisses a good workout. For the next lines, however, we’ll leave the language practice to the actresses and borrow the slang of the locals. They basically call the former sand pit nothing but Probik.
So, what awaits you at Probik? Whether you’re a beach bum or a beach boy, you’ll appreciate the service here. We won’t keep you waiting long. Take a deep breath. You’ll get a pep talk.
Small and large sandy beach, grassy beach, gently shelving beach, tennis court, table-tennis tables, netball court, children’s playground, pétanque, showers and hot tubs, washroom, changing room, paddleboard and pedal boat rental, stalls with Armenian shashlik, fresh fish and meat or a kiosk with bottled beers and Moravian wines.
You don’t have to worry about water quality. Tests are conducted here every two weeks and Probik hasn’t received any negative reviews since 2007. After all, see for yourself!
You haven’t got enough? Can you still fit something in there?
Is the list of services not enough for you? All right then. Every summer, stylish music productions, festivals and other cultural events take place on the beaches. It’s not only during these events that you’ll appreciate the camp site with an outdoor kitchen for tents and caravans.
It is said that only the One could walk on water. But you can do it easily as well. With a floating pier where you can sunbathe or hit on a new summer love (because plunging headlong is for suckers) with an elegant suitcase.
If none of that still convinces you, how about this? Outdoor wellness with a floating sauna for 10 people and whirlpool for 6 friends. You can find this convenience in Wake Port, which is part of Probik. And even if it has a different operator than the camp, to not to wakeboard or kneeboard would be a sin. Equipment rental and 3 water cables with obstacles are a matter of course.
Plus, you can arrive at Probik in style by water. The former sand pit is connected to the Elbe and has a mooring for your barge. If you don’t have your own, don’t cry. You can choose from several rental companies and turn a one-day swimming trip into a multi-day adventure with the snap of your fingers.
The surroundings of Probik are also worth seeing. It’s up to you what you need to satisfy yourself with. Cultural saturation will be provided by the pilgrimage site in Stará Boleslav or the Habsburg Château in Brandýs nad Labem. You can enjoy the Elbe cycle path, the nearby golf course, the beach at Ostrůvek on the banks of the Elbe in Brandýs or the very first artificial wave for river-surfing in our region, which was created under the Brandýs Château in the water slalom channel.
